SkillClass Digital, a professional training organisation based in Cocody, Abidjan (Côte d'Ivoire), is the controller of the data collected on this site. For any question about your data: info@skillclassdigital.pro.

We only collect data you send us yourself. This site uses no profiling and no automated decision-making.

• Training enquiry: full name, organisation, job title, work email, phone, country, the nature of your enquiry, the programme concerned where you arrived from a programme page, team size, preferred period and a description of your requirements.
• Newsletter: your email address, and the language version of the site you subscribed from.
• Technical preferences: your cookie choice and the dismissal of certain notices, stored in your browser (see the cookie policy).
• Technical connection data: as on any website, our hosting provider automatically processes your IP address, browser type and request times in its server logs, for operation and security purposes.

• Answering your training enquiry and preparing a proposal — processing necessary for pre-contractual steps taken at your request.
• Sending you the newsletter — on the basis of your consent, which you may withdraw at any time.
• Measuring site usage so we can improve it — only if you consent.

Your data is handled by the SkillClass Digital teams responsible for client relations and programme design. It may be hosted or transmitted by our technical providers (site hosting, email delivery), who act on our instructions and may make no other use of it. We do not sell or rent your data.

This site is served by a hosting provider established outside Côte d'Ivoire, so the data you enter in our forms, together with the technical logs described above, passes through servers located abroad. We keep these transfers to what is necessary to operate the site and deliver your enquiries.

Training enquiries are kept for as long as needed to handle them and manage the commercial relationship that follows. Newsletter addresses are kept until you unsubscribe. You may ask us to delete your data at any time.

You have the right to access, correct, delete and object to the processing of your data, and to withdraw your consent. Write to us at info@skillclassdigital.pro and we will respond as quickly as we can.

If our response does not satisfy you, you may lodge a complaint with ARTCI, the Ivorian telecommunications/ICT regulator designated as the personal data protection authority by law no. 2013-450 of 19 June 2013 — artci.ci.

The site is served over HTTPS and its forms are protected against automated submissions. Access to data is limited to the people who need it to do their work.

Any change to this policy will be published on this page, with an updated revision date.
